The Truck Now Available Daily at Hearst Ranch Winery
Enjoy Chef Santos’ gourmet fare along with Hearst Ranch’s award-winning wines at the seaside winery in San Simeon.
August 26, 2019 (San Simeon, Calif.) – The Truck, the gourmet mobile restaurant owned and operated by Paso Robles’ Il Cortile Ristorante and La Cosecha Bar + Restaurant, is pleased to announce they are joining the team at Hearst Ranch Winery’s seaside location in San Simeon and will be serving their menu daily, 11am-5pm.
“We have been enormous fans of Hearst Ranch wines for many years and the ocean views at the winery are unmatched in the Central Coast,” says Co-Owner and Chef Santos MacDonal. The staging at the winery will take place in addition to The Truck’s current and future events and pop-ups throughout the Central Coast.
“Chef Santos is one of the California’s greatest chefs,” says Vintner/ Co-Owner of Hearst Ranch Winery, Jim Saunders. “We couldn’t be happier to welcome Santos and his team to the Hearst Ranch family.”
Located on San Simeon Road, across from Hearst Castle, the winery recently moved to its historic barn, located mere feet away from the longstanding Hearst Ranch tasting room on the same street. The new view offers unobstructed views of the beach and bay.
Chef Santos’s daily menu will feature dishes and bites designed to pair with Hearst Ranch’s award-winning wines.
