Stacie Jacob has spent her entire career in public relations working in the agriculture, wine and tourism industries. She’s worked for a public relations agency, regional trade associations and destination marketing organizations. Her experience is focused on creating plans, executing them and achieving results.
Tracy Dauterman
Tracy Dauterman is an experienced marketing, communications, and management professional, with nearly a decade of experience in the Paso Robles wine and hospitality industry. As an MBA and a former management consultant, Tracy brings experience in business strategy, marketing, and leadership to her role as Deputy Director at Solterra Strategies.
Hadley Sowerby
Hadley Sowerby joins Solterra Strategies as an Account Manager. Hadley originally joined Team Solterra in 2016 as an intern at Cal Poly while completing her degree in Wine Business and has since moved back to the area, joining the team once again. Hadley’s Paso Robles roots bring a passion for the Central Coast, food, and wine that she brings to her clients.
Kristin Horton
With over 20 years experience in marketing, Kristin has seen the impact and benefits of effective strategic planning in the wine and tourism industries. She believes that team communication, collaboration and creativity can make all the difference in moving a brand forward. Her experience in wine marketing and acute desire to see things through for success in brand development is the core of her work at Solterra Strategies.
Lacie Johns
Lacie uses her passion for agriculture and the Central Coast to fuel her creativity and execute successful solutions for clients. Managing a diverse portfolio of projects, she finds reward in building relationships, strategic planning, project development and providing compelling outcomes.
Sierra Mercado
Sierra Mercado joins Solterra Strategies as a Communications Specialist, bringing with her a strong background in the wine industry, creating customer experiences and expertise in Marketing Communications management.
Julia Meyers
Julia Meyers is an Account Coordinator focused on Solterra's tourism clients Travel Paso and Visit San Simeon, promoting travel and tourism in the greater wine country and coastal region. Julia develops and manages content calendars ensuring consistency of messaging across all digital platforms.
Kelly Hunyada
Kelly recently graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Wine and Viticulture. Raised in Berkeley, Kelly is so excited to continue her journey from Cal Poly and start her career in a local area that she has fallen in love with over the past four years.
Staci Griesbach
Staci Griesbach joins the Solterra Strategies team with 25 years of public relations and marketing communications experience ranging from consumer publicity, industry trade communications, internal communications, and events.
Megan Jacksen
Megan Jacksen joined Solterra Strategies in 2024 to support with the World of Pinot Noir. She comes to the team with a background in hospitality and events, holding previous positions in the wine industry.
Kylee Corliss
Kylee began her journey in the wine and tourism industry almost 15 years ago at the Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance. She likes to credit her time at the Alliance as a catalyst for her love of writing and brand storytelling. Since then, Kylee has worked in a variety of industry roles, from hands-on winemaking to business management, events, marketing and public relations.
Gail Spangler
Gail Spangler joins Solterra Strategies as the Executive Assistant to the Founder and Chief Strategist Stacie Jacob. With a strong background in project management and extensive experience in wine communications, travel tourism, media, and broadcast production, she is a valuable asset to the company.
Peter Burton
Peter is a recent graduate of Cal Poly’s MBA program with an emphasis in marketing. Raised in the Bay Area, Peter is thrilled to return to San Luis Obispo County and begin working in an industry that has always fascinated him.
