Tracy Dauterman is an experienced marketing, communications, and management professional, with nearly a decade of experience in the Paso Robles wine and hospitality industry. As an MBA and a former management consultant, Tracy brings experience in business strategy, marketing, and leadership to her role as Deputy Director at Solterra Strategies.

Hadley Sowerby joins Solterra Strategies as an Account Manager. Hadley originally joined Team Solterra in 2016 as an intern at Cal Poly while completing her degree in Wine Business and has since moved back to the area, joining the team once again.
