The Solterra team - Stacie Jacob, Mike Dawson, Alyssa Krichevsky and Lacie Johns - brings more than 40 years of wine and tourism marketing experience with an emphasis on developing genuine brand messaging to tell the story.

Stacie Jacob

Stacie Jacob has spent her entire career in public relations working in the agriculture, wine and tourism industries. She’s worked for a public relations agency, regional trade associations and destination marketing organizations. Her experience is focused on creating plans, executing them and achieving results.

Mike Dawson

Mike specializes in strengthening brand narratives and executing successful and measurable communication campaigns across all platforms. He is a former editor of Wine Enthusiast, Maxim, and Men’s Health magazines. His writing has appeared in New York, DETAILS, The SOMM Journal, Thrillist, GQ Italia and Complex, among others.

Alyssa Krichevsky

Alyssa uses her background in the wine industry and knowledge of the area to fully understand a client’s wants and needs. A native to the Central Coast, she understands the dynamics of clients here and what makes their businesses unique. Managing an array of projects from wine, food and tourism industries, she enjoys the challenge of utilizing her experience for discovering new solutions.

Lacie Johns

Lacie has returned to her Central Coast roots as she spent her childhood in Templeton and her teen years in rural Nevada. Looking to further expand her horizons, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Marketing in December 2017.
